Our Mission

Yee Hong Senior Care (operating under 16917551 Canadian Association ) is a senior-led, senior-focused, and community-driven non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being, dignity, independence, and quality of life of Chinese Canadian seniors, particularly low-income seniors, newcomer seniors, socially isolated seniors, and seniors living with disabilities or requiring additional care and support.Founded and led by experienced senior volunteers, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive social hub where seniors can build meaningful relationships, access essential information and resources, support one another through peer networks, and remain active contributors to Canadian society. Through culturally responsive programs, volunteerism, peer mentorship, healthy aging initiatives, and intergenerational engagement, we strive to reduce social isolation, promote social inclusion, strengthen community connections, and empower seniors to age with dignity, purpose, and a strong sense of belonging. We are committed to ensuring that all seniors, regardless of income level, language barriers, health challenges, or mobility limitations, have opportunities to participate fully in community life, maintain their independence, and enjoy healthy, active, and connected aging experiences.
